  • Outside Dhaka: 3–4 days
    
• Advance Payment: For orders above ৳2,000, an advance of ৳100 is required.

• Return & Exchange Conditions: Products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening, swatching, or testing on lips/skin. This ensures product hygiene and quality for all customers.
